TERMS OF
SERVICE

By participating in or attending any cornhole game, league, tournament, clinic, fundraiser, social gathering, or special event (“Activities”) organized, operated, promoted, partnered, or sponsored by North Jersey Cornhole, a registered limited liability company (“NJC”), I acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in cornhole and related Activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, property damage, or other loss. These risks may result from my own actions, the actions of others, the condition of equipment, the playing surface, weather, venue conditions, or other factors. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation or attendance.

Health & Safety Acknowledgment

I affirm that I (or my child/ward, if applicable) am physically able to participate in the Activities and do not have any medical condition that would prevent safe participation. I understand that NJC Activities may involve social interaction and public gatherings. If I believe conditions are unsafe at any time, I agree to immediately discontinue participation.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and hold harmless North Jersey Cornhole, its owners, organizers, volunteers, staff, partners, sponsors, venue owners, and affiliates (“Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in or attendance at the Activities, including claims based on negligence.

Minors & Family Participation

For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms on their behalf. I represent that I am the parent or legal guardian of the minor participant and consent to their participation. I assume full responsibility for supervising any minor in my care during Activities.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, costs, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from my participation or the participation of any minor for whom I am responsible.

Photography & Media Release

I grant North Jersey Cornhole permission to use photographs, video, or other media taken during Activities that may include my likeness or that of my child/ward for promotional, marketing, or informational purposes, without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

General Terms

I understand that this waiver is a legally binding agreement. It applies to all Activities now and in the future and is binding on me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. If any portion of this agreement is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By participating in or attending North Jersey Cornhole Activities, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these Terms & Conditions.
